76-sitter theatre is also a comfortable event venue for your guests.
The blend of architecture and tropical garden greenery provides a relaxed, unique atmosphere for family gatherings, corporate events or weddings.

Charges
S$1,000 per 5-hour period for use of driveway, the 76-sitter AV theatre and
Gallery (No food and drinks are permitted in the AV theatre and Gallery)
Area of driveway: 836 sqm
Capacity of driveway: 350 - 400 people (standing)
Marquee and banquet set up are not included. You have to engage your own food caterer and tentage
contractor.

Booking Procedures & Payment
- A site visit is recommended prior to booking/confirmation of venue(s)
- Tentative bookings will be held for two weeks
- Confirmation of booking in writing must be made two weeks before date of use
- Our centres reserve the right to release the space if no response is indicated after this period
- Payment must be made by cheque before the actual date
- An official receipt will be issued after the cheque is cleared
